About Robert C C Low
Robert is a founding partner and the senior litigation partner of the firm. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995.
His practice has a corporate and commercial flavour, principally in the sphere of corporate litigation involving shareholder related disputes and boardroom tussles, and pre-emptive litigation.
Known for his commercial pragmatism, Robert’s broad and extensive experience includes advising and representing corporate clients in enforcement proceedings and actions imposed by the local regulatory authorities,, including the stock exchange and representing clients in relation to contentious probate and administration, land disputes, contractual disputes and regularly acts for an array of both local and foreign clients.
Robert appears regularly at all levels of the Courts in Malaysia. He has been an advocacy trainer since 2011 and has been involved in advocacy training in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa.

- Representing and advising clients in relation to contentious probate and administration, land disputes and judicial reviews
- Representing and advising a broad spectrum of clients in various and diverse industries in relation to, amongst others, commercial and contractual disputes
