Huey Ling is a founding partner of the firm and leads its corporate and insolvency practices. She frequently acts for court and debenture appointed receivers, and liquidators in compulsory and voluntary liquidations on a broad range of areas including asset realisation, advisory, investigative and litigation related issues. She also advises clients seeking to appoint receivers/liquidators and clients who find themselves subject to the appointment of provisional liquidators and receivers.  She has represented and advised Malaysian public listed companies, conglomerates, international accounting firms and banks as well as foreign law firms.
She is also involved in the litigation practice of the firm, combining her experience in both corporate commercial transactions and litigation.
