Karen was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014. Her practice spans broad areas of law, with a focus on corporate and commercial matters. She is dedicated to providing tailored advice to achieve clients’ objectives while minimising associated risks.

Karen has acted for shareholders (whether in the minority or majority), directors, and companies in various matters and disputes including oppression, derivative actions, meetings, winding-up, and inspections of company’s records. She also regularly advises and represents parties on pre-emptive matters and urgent interim measures.

Karen is multilingual, proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and selected dialects of the Chinese language. This linguistic versatility enhances her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
