Elizabeth was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of High Court of Malaya in 2018. 

Her primary areas of practice are corporate and commercial litigation, fraud and asset recovery, civil disputes, and white-collar crime advisory. 

Highlights of her work include acting for and advising corporations and individual shareholders or directors in matters relating to breach of directors’ duties, insolvency, shareholders’ rights, professional negligence, contractual claims and breach of confidence. 

She has also represented multinational and local corporations in fraud and asset recovery claims before the Malaysian Courts, with a focus on injunctions, Anton Piller Orders, Norwich Pharmacal Orders and committal proceedings.
